Guest Speaker & New Member Induction Last week our Guest Speaker was also one of newly inducted Club Member’s – Mr Nicholas Lynch. Over the past three weeks, once again our club was very privileged to have a new member join our ranks. Prior to the evening meal our Club President, Ross Kilborn, officiated over a brief ceremony, which saw Nicholas become our latest inductee. Well done Nicholas and we are very pleased to have you join the Rotary Club of Mornington. Congratulations on your induction. Nicholas’s connection with the Peninsula and Mornington go back some four generations. Nicholas was raised in the Frankston South locality. From a very early age Nicholas was focused towards selling and marketing. This passion saw him setting up and “ manning “ stalls at the Frankston Market, as a young ten year old entreprenuer . With Nicholas’s “ appetite “ for sales, whatever the product, soon saw him turn his focus into the Real Estate game. In 1995 Nicholas commenced his career in this field with employment with the Ray White Real Estate Company. His enthusiasm and drive resulted in his appointment as their National Trainer. Nicholas then moved into freelance Real Estate marketing. With such drive it was inevitable that Nicholas was bound for greater things as a Realtor and in 2009 he commenced a strong working relationship with Andrew Meehan and formed Nicholas Lynch Real Estate. Nicholas’s presentation focused on the very strong market within the Mornington Peninsula. Property in our locality is very sought after, with a strong attraction from of buyers and investors from the Inner South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. There has been a substantial growth in holiday Investors and our region provides a robust and reliable market. The company pride’s itself on an ethos of providing its clients both investors, buyers and rentals with; “ to provide results that exceed clients expectations through the delivery of awesome customer service “. Nicholas Lynch both the individual and the company, in a short period of time have already provided a valuable contribution to the local Mornington community and this is only to evident in their collaboration in the current 2019 Christmas Hamper Drive. Both the Rotary Club of Mornington and the wider Mornington Community look forward to many years of productive alliance now and into the future.
