Upcoming Club Assembly / Business Meeting – Wednesday 26th February 2020
Last week on Wednesday evening the 19th February 2020, we saw a normal break from our weekly Club Meeting’s to conduct our obligatory Rotary Club of Mornington Board Meeting. The board meeting was well attended and there was a large content of past and important forecast items that were discussed and recommendations were made.
This coming Wednesday our Club will conduct its Club Assembly / Business Meeting.
A number of short and long-term club matters will be presented and subsequently discussed along with recommendations from the previous weeks Board Meeting to be tabled for all Club Member’s to ratify.
These items will consist of the following:
Normal Club Business that include reports from all Club Chairs, encompassing the Presidents Report, Treasurer, Secretary Membership Art Show, Club & Social Public Image and General Business.
A number of important items to be presented will consist of: Major Projects and Budgeting, our clubs Board and Committees Succession Plan for the forecast period 2020 to 2021 and from 2021 to 2022. The Bushfire Relief funding’s, and the eastern Green-links and the Gateway Park proposed projects. All in all we have a great deal to discuss and deliberate on so please come along to be a part of and contribute to the all important and exciting upcoming issue’s/projects we are undertaking at the Rotary Club of Mornington
