FROM THE ARCHIVES: Fifth Decade Of Service 1987-97
Club
Club membership halved from 55 to 23 before increasing again to 32. Bylaws were amended to allow dual sex membership in 1989-90 with 2 female members being inducted by mid 1994.
Biala School For Children With Special Needs; designed, built 1988-97
1997 Biala Centre, Elizabeth St., Mornington with outdoor playground equipment and pergola established by the Club under PP Arthur Morton.
2013 Biala Peninsula Inc., with a second storey, funded by Federal and State Governments with support from local Councils.
